Submission deadlines
The Commission invites comments that address the issues and questions set out in the notice. The Commission will accept interventions that it receives within 90 days from the date of publication of the notice.
The Commission may request information, in the form of interrogatories, from any party to the proceeding.
Parties can file replies with the Commission within 30 days of the date of receipt of a letter to all interveners advising them to submit reply comments. This letter will be sent after the completion of the request for information process and the posting of the transcripts of ASL and LSQ video interventions on the Commission’s website.
The Commission is launching this notice of consultation to gather views on the measures that telecommunications service providers should take to help improve the resiliency of telecommunications networks and the reliability of telecommunications services.
