We were looking to learn from anyone with an interest in improving the resiliency of telecommunications networks and the reliability of telecommunications services.

- what principles should guide the development and implementation of a regulatory policy to improve the resiliency of telecommunications networks and reliability of telecommunications services
- what measures telecommunications service providers should consider when designing and operating their networks
- how telecommunications service providers could further improve the reliability of 9-1-1, wireless public alerting services, and accessibility services
