We sought your comments on how telecommunications providers should send mandatory notifications and report major service outages to the CRTC, Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada, and other authorities.

This consultation ran from February 22 to March 24, 2023. We re-opened the consultation from September 11 to October 3, 2023 to provide Canadians who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing with the opportunity to participate by submitting a video in American Sign Language (ASL) or Langue des signes québécoise (LSQ).
