Subject: International mobile roaming services request for information - Extension to filing deadline
On 5 February 2026, Commission staff requested information relating to various international mobile roaming offerings as a part of the Commission’s ongoing monitoring activities.
On 13 February 2026, Rogers filed a procedural request with the Commission to extend the deadline to reply to Commission staff’s request for information from 26 February 2026 to 19 March 2026. Rogers indicated that the scope of information requested is extensive and complex and their data analytics team has limited available resources to respond to this request.
Commission staff considers it is reasonable to extend the filing deadline for all parties to ensure they can provide complete and thorough information in support of the Commission’s ongoing monitoring activities.
This letter is to advise that the deadline to respond to the request for information dated 5 February 2026, has been extended from 26 February 2026 to 19 March 2026.
A copy of this letter will be added to the above-noted public record.
