Further to Broadcasting Notices of Consultation 2025-2, 2025-2-1, and 2025-2-2, the Commission announces that the deadline for parties to file responses to requests for information is 7 August 2025 and that the deadline for parties to file final written submissions is 27 August 2025. All of these documents will be posted on the record of this proceeding as they become available.
As part of final written submissions, parties may address comments made during the oral phase of the hearing, as well as in interventions, responses to undertakings, and responses to requests for information. However, they must not introduce any new evidence. The Commission particularly encourages parties to comment on specific proposals put forward throughout this proceeding. The Commission will not take into consideration information and comments dealing with matters not already on the record.
The Commission encourages parties to monitor the public record of the proceeding, available on the Commission’s website, for additional information that they may find useful when preparing their final written submissions.
