Bonjour et bienvenue à cette audience du Conseil. Je m’appelle Stéphanie Paquette. Je suis Conseillère pour le Québec, et je présiderai cette audience. Les autres membres du Comité d’audition sont mes collègues Bram Abramson, conseiller pour l’Ontario et Joanne Levy, conseillère pour le Manitoba et la Saskatchewan. Alexanne Patry sera la secrétaire de cette audience, et Matthew Welch, le conseiller juridique. J’invite la secrétaire d’audience à présenter les articles à l'ordre du jour.

Le 19 juin 2025, le Conseil a publié l’avis de consultation de radiodiffusion CRTC 2025-153 afin d’étudier les demandes suivantes :
L’article 1 est une demande présentée par la Société Radio-Canada (SRC ou l’associé commandité) et CineNova Productions Inc., Galafilm Inc., l’Office national du film du Canada, OmniFilm Entertainment Ltd. et Neil Tabatznik (les associés commanditaires), faisant affaire sous le nom de The Canadian Documentary Channel Limited Partnership (Documentary Channel) en vue d’obtenir l’autorisation de modifier la propriété de Galafilm Inc. (Galafilm), dans le cadre d’une réorganisation intrasociété, un associé commanditaire faisant affaire conformément au contrat de société.
Item 2 is an application by Rogers Media Inc. for a broadcasting licence to operate its national English-language discretionary service, Discovery.
Item 3 is an application by Rogers Media Inc. for a broadcasting licence to operate its national English-language discretionary service, Food Network.
Item 4 is an application by Rogers Media Inc. for a broadcasting licence to operate its national English-language discretionary service, HGTV.
Item 5 is an application by Rogers Media Inc. for a broadcasting licence to operate its national English-language discretionary service, Investigation Discovery (ID).
Item 6 is an application by Rogers Media Inc. for a broadcasting licence to operate its national English-language discretionary service, Magnolia Network.
L’article 7 est une demande présentée par la Société Radio-Canada (SRC) en vue d’obtenir une licence de radiodiffusion afin d’exploiter une entreprise de programmation de radio FM de langue anglaise à Iqaluit (Nunavut) [2025-0042-0] et de révoquer la licence de radiodiffusion de son entreprise de programmation de radio AM de langue anglaise CFFB Iqaluit (Radio One) [2025-0043-8]. La SRC demande l’autorisation de convertir l’émetteur de rediffusion CFFB-FM-3 Iqaluit en station d’origine pour remplacer son entreprise de programmation de radio AM de langue anglaise CFFB en raison de l’âge avancé et de l’usure du site de transmission de CFFB. Une fois convertie en station d’origine, toutes les licences des émetteurs de rediffusion associés à CFFB seraient transférées à la nouvelle entreprise de programmation de radio FM de langue anglaise et la licence de CFFB serait révoquée.
Les demandes mentionnées dans cet avis sont examinées aujourd’hui sans la comparution des parties.
