Dear Kole Gugan:
Based on the information the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission has received, as of 16 April 2026, Fibernetics Corporation (aka Worldline) has not met the requirements, as set out in Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-496, within the 12 months of the registration as Proposed FMVNO, to remain on the list.
Accordingly, aka Worldline has been removed from the CRTC’s Proposed Full MVNO registration list on 16 April 2026. Should aka Worldline wish to continue to appear on this registration list, it must reapply and meet the requirements established in Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-496.
