Dear Kevin Spelay:
The Commission received an application dated 28 January 2026 from Saskatchewan Telecommunications proposing to withdraw item 170.10 – Bad Debt Repayment Plan from its General Tariff, CRTC 21411.
Commission staff is analyzing the application.
As a result, this request will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
