On 19 February 2026, the Commission received an application from Northwestel Inc. proposing to introduce Item 782 – Operation and Maintenance of Mobile Radio System (MRS) Service (the Service) in it’s Special Services Tariff, CRTC 3010.
Commission staff is analyzing the application.
Consequently, the application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding this application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
