Subject: Application by Ztar Mobile Canada inc. for expedited interim relief in response to porting issues — Late reply comments and procedural request

Dear Mr. Olivier and Mr. Wilkie,

On 30 January 2026, following a Part 1 application for expedited interim relief from Ztar Mobile Inc.’s (Ztar) regarding access to Rogers Communications Canada Inc. (Rogers) systems, Commission staff advised both parties of the following expedited timelines:

Subsequently, the Commission received Rogers’ answer on 16 February 2026 and Ztar’s reply comments were received on 3 March 2026, eight (8) days after the set timeline.

On 11 March 2026, the Commission received a Procedural request from Rogers, commenting on the issues raised by Ztar and asking the Commission to exclude Ztar’s 3 March 2026 out of process reply comments.

Accordingly, Ztar has until 18 March 2026 to file a final reply, which must be limited to comments raised by Rogers in its procedural request. This final reply must be served on Rogers and all interested parties.

The Commission will consider whether to allow Ztar’s late reply comments, Roger’s procedural request, and any final replies submitted by Ztar on the record of this proceeding at a later date.

Documents are to be received, and not merely sent, by these dates.

Sincerely,

Original signed by
