Subject: Consensus Report BPRE104a on Proposed Changes to Porting Verification Processes — Request for Public Disclosure

Dear Marc Nanni,

Commission staff have received your correspondence dated 2 September 2025, in which you requested public disclosure of the consensus report BPRE104a, along with updated Canadian Local Ordering Guidelines (C-LOG), and associated documents (collectively, the documents), submitted by the Business Process Working Group (BPWG) of the CRTC Interconnection Steering Committee (CISC).

The documents were associated with Task Identification Form (TIF) 104. Following the Commission’s letter to the BPWG, in which the Commission denied the BPWG’s request for ex parte treatment of the documents, the BPWG withdrew the report and closed TIF104. Consequently, the Commission is no longer considering the contents of that TIF for approval, and since that TIF is closed, the associated documents are also no longer before the Commission such that they can be disclosed.

The BPWG has now replaced TIF 104 with TIF 107 and submitted consensus report BRPRE107a for the Commission’s review. This report is available on the Commission’s website. The Commission is currently examining that report, and the resulting decision will be published on the Commission’s website.

Sincerely,
