Dear Philippe Gauvin:
The Commission received an application from Bell Aliant, a division of Bell Canada, dated 30 January 2026, proposing changes to the following items of its General Tariff, CRTC 21491:
- Item 352 – Intercommunicating Systems;
- Item 354 – Suppressed Ringing Service (SRS);
- Item 400 – Remote Call Forwarding Service;
- Item 401.1 – Foreign Exchange Service;
- Item 500 – DMS Data Service; and
- Item 506 – Microlink Service.
Commission staff is analyzing this application.
Consequently, the application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding the application and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
