On 9 December 2025, the Commission received an application from Northwestel Inc. proposing to introduce Item 782 – Special Assembly #12 Layer 2 Ethernet WAN Service, to its Special Facilities Services Tariff (SFST), CRTC 3010.
Commission staff is analyzing the application.
As a result, this request will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
