Subject: Bell Aliant Tariff Notices 598 and 599 – Implementing New Minimum Rates for Certain Calling Features and Enhanced Local Calling Features

Dear Philippe Gauvin:

On 11 December 2025, the Commission received applications from Bell Aliant proposing changes to Item 280 – Fibre to the Home (FTTH) and Item 304 – Enhanced Local Calling Features of its General Tariff, CRTC 21491.

Commission staff is analyzing these applications.

As a result, these requests will not be processed before 45 business days after their receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
