Subject: Application regarding unreasonable barriers to MVNO eligibility and refusal to provide mandated service by TELUS Communications Inc. – Procedural request for expedited process and interim relief
Dear Mr. Basra,
In a letter dated 30 January 2026, Every-Day Computers Inc. (EDC) requests that the Commission expedite the process of the above-mentioned application and render an interim decision on the eligibility of EDC for the Mobile Virtual Operator (MVNO) access service.
Staff considers that there are important issues in EDC’s Part 1 application that warrant affording all interested persons the opportunity to respond in a fulsome matter and that it would be in the public interest to maintain standard timelines.
As such, all interested parties can file comments, including any comments on EDC’s request for interim relief, by 26 February 2026. EDC will have until 9 March 2026 to file its reply.
Yours sincerely,
