Chelsea Livingstone,
Based on the information the Commission has received, Commission staff informs Valley Fiber Ltd that it no longer meets the requirements to remain on the proposed Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) list.
Accordingly, Valley Fiber Ltd has been removed from the CRTC’s proposed CLEC registration list and Valley Fiber Ltd is no longer authorized to:
- Proceed with further arrangements as necessary to eventually allow it to provide local switched services as a CLEC.
