On 6 November 2025, the Commission received an application from Northwestel Inc. proposing to withdraw Item 903 – Digital Direct-Community™ Satellite Service from its Private Wire Services Tariff, CRTC 3003.
Commission staff is analyzing the application.
As a result, this request will not be processed before 45 business days after its receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
