On 19 November 2025, Hay Communications Co-Op Ltd. submitted a letter informing the Commission that it has executed an access agreement with Williams & McDaniel Property Management. Accordingly, Hay Communications requested that the Part 1 Application be withdrawn and the corresponding proceeding closed.
In view of the above, Commission staff confirms that this application, file number 8660-H3-202505537, is now closed.
