Subject: Bell Aliant Tariff Notices 598 and 599 – Implementing New Minimum Rates for Certain Calling Features and Enhanced Local Calling Features
Dear Philippe Gauvin:
On 11 December 2025, the Commission received applications from Bell Aliant proposing changes to Item 304 – Enhanced Local Calling Features of its General Tariff, CRTC 21491.
Commission staff is analyzing these applications.
Consequently, the applications, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to make its decision regarding these applications and any subsequent revisions within 45 business days of receipt of the filings.
