Based on the information the Commission has received, Commission staff informs Canyon.TV, Incorporated (Canyon TV) that it no longer meets the requirements to remain on the Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) list.
Accordingly, Canyon TV has been removed from the CRTC’s CLEC registration list and Canyon TV is no longer authorized to:
- Proceed with further arrangements as necessary to allow it to provide local switched services as a CLEC.
