Subject: Part 1 Application Filed Pursuant to Section 11 of the Discretionary Services Regulations and section 5(e) of the Wholesale Code – TELUS Communications Inc. (TELUS) and Bell Media Inc. (Bell) – Withdrawal of Part 1 Application
Dear Daniel Stern and Jonathan Daniels:
I am writing with respect to the 27 May 2026 letter TELUS filed with the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (the Commission), in which it asked the Commission to withdraw its Part 1 application against Bell alleging undue preference and a violation of the Wholesale Code [application number 2025-0236-9].
This letter confirms Commission staff’s understanding that the parties have reached an agreement in the dispute and the Part 1 application is no longer required.
In light of the above, TELUS’s correspondence and a copy of this letter will be added to the record and the file closed.
Sincerely,
Julie Moreau
