Subject: Rogers Communications Canada Inc. - Access Services Tariff 21530 – Withdrawal of Tariff Notice (TN) 64 – Housekeeping
Dear Howard Slawner:
On 10 April 2019, the Commission received an application from Rogers Communications Canada Inc. (Rogers) filed as an Access Services Tariff under Tariff Notice (TN) 64, proposing revisions to its Access Services Tariff CRTC 21530. Specifically, it proposed an addition to the page which clarified what speed tiers were available for Rogers’ disaggregated Third Party Internet Access (TPIA) service.
By letter, dated 16 May 2019, Rogers proposed to withdraw TN 64 in light of its other TN applications: TN61/A, TN62/A, and TN63/A, which, among other issues, address the issue of clarity in tariff page 98.
Accordingly, Rogers’ request to withdraw TN 64 is appropriate and the application is considered to be withdrawn.
Sincerely,
Original signed by
