Based on the information the Commission has received, Commission staff informs 888 Telecommunications Corp. that it no longer meets the requirements to remain on the proposed Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) list.
Accordingly, 888 Telecommunications Corp. has been removed from the CRTC’s proposed CLEC registration list and 888 Telecommunications Corp. is no longer authorized to:
- Proceed with further arrangements as necessary to allow it to provide local switched services as a CLEC.
