Dear Bryan Cohen,
Based on the information the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission has received, as of 20 June 2025, Opn Communication Canada Corp has not met the requirements, as set out in Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-496, within the 12 months of the registration as Proposed FMVNO, to remain on the list.
Accordingly, Opn Communication Canada Corp has been removed from the CRTC’s Proposed Full MVNO registration list on 20 June 2025. Should Opn Communication Canada Corp wish to continue to appear on this registration list, it must reapply and meet the requirements established in Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-496.
