Subject: Registration withdrawal of Shaw Telecom G.P. as a Competitive Local Exchange Carrier
Dear Jocelyn Kearney,
Based on the information the Commission has received, Commission staff informs Shaw Telecom G.P. that it no longer meets the requirements to remain on the Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) list.
Accordingly, Shaw Telecom G.P. has been removed from the CRTC’s CLEC registration list and Shaw Telecom G.P. is no longer authorized to:
- Provide local switched services as a CLEC provided it continues to meet the requirements set out in Decision 97-8;
- Provide local switched services as a CLEC.
