Subject: Humanitas Solutions as a Proposed Full Mobile virtual network operators (MVNO)
Dear Abdo Shabah,
Based on the information the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission has received, as of 13 February 2025, Humanitas Solutions has not met the requirements, as set out in Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-496, within the 12 months of the registration as Proposed FMVNO, to remain on the list.
Accordingly, Humanitas Solutions has been removed from the CRTC’s Proposed Full MVNO registration list on 13 February 2025. Should Humanitas Solutions wish to continue to appear on this registration list, it must reapply and meet the requirements established in Telecom Decision CRTC 2015-496.
