Broadband Fund policy review – New policy for funding capital projects – Correction to Appendix 1, Section I, subsection 6

1. The Commission is making a correction to one paragraph in Appendix 1, Section I, subsection 6 (Final funding decision – Statement of work approval) of Broadband Fund policy review – New policy for funding capital projects, Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2024-328, 12 December 2024. For ease of reference, the paragraph in question is reproduced below, with the text being removed shown as struck out:

   
   Following the publication of the conditional funding decision, the applicant can start implementing its project and accruing project costs at its own risk and expense. If a final funding decision is not published for the project, the Commission will reimburse a maximum of 25% of the total amount of conditionally approved funding, up to $250,000.
