Deadline for the filing of responses to undertakings: 4 June 2025

Deadline for the filing of responses to requests for information: 12 June 2025

Deadline for the filing of final written submissions: 23 June 2025

  1. Further to Broadcasting Notices of Consultation 2024-288 and 2024-288-1, the Commission announces that the deadline for parties to file responses to undertakings is 4 June 2025, that the deadline for parties to file responses to requests for information is 12 June 2025, and that the deadline for parties to file final written submissions is 23 June 2025. All of these documents will be posted on the record of this proceeding as they become available.
  2. As part of final written submissions, parties may address comments made during the oral phase of the hearing, as well as in interventions, responses to undertakings, and responses to requests for information, but must not introduce any new evidence. The Commission particularly encourages parties to comment on specific proposals put forward throughout this proceeding. The Commission will not take into consideration information and comments dealing with matters not already on the record.
  3. Final written submissions must not exceed 20 pages. However, reasonable flexibility will be considered if a party seeks to exceed this page limit for final written submissions in French.
  4. The Commission encourages parties to monitor the public record of the proceeding, available on the Commission’s website, for additional information that they may find useful when preparing their final written submissions.
