RE: Request to implement Wireless Number Portability in Wightman’s serving territory

Dear Sir/Madam,

Commission staff is in receipt of a letter from Wightman Telecom Ltd. (Wightman) requesting a 10 day extension to the filing date of its wireless number portability (WNP) implementation plan – from 10 October 2013 to 20 October 2013. Wightman indicated that it had contacted Rogers Communications Partnership (RCP) about the extension and that RCP was agreeable.

In light of the circumstances, Commission staff grants Wightman’s extension request. Wightman is to file its WNP implementation plan by 20 October 2013.

Yours sincerely,

Signed by P. Kent for
