RE: Tariff Notice Nos. 459/459A – Local residential service
Dear Sir:
On 17 June 2013, Télébec Limited Partnership (Télébec) filed a letter requesting to withdraw the above-noted applications from consideration by the Commission.
Commission staff notes that in its applications Télébec had, among other things, proposed to introduce rate ranges for residential service and business service by replacing already-approved rates. Télébec stated that it would file a new application with a revised proposal.
Télébec’s request to withdraw this application is accepted. The public file for this application is therefore closed.
