RE: Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2013-80 - Review of outstanding wholesale high-speed access service issues related to interface rates, optional upstream speed rates, and modem certification requirements rate - Extension of deadline for filing cost studies for High Speed Access (HAS) Interface
The Commission issued Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2013-80 (NOC 2013-80) on 21 February 2013. In its Notice, the Commission requested that the companies file updated cost studies and proposed rates for their wholesale HSA interface services by 8 April 2013.
Bell Aliant, Bell Canada and TCC in letters sent on 5 April 2013, requested an extension of the filing date to 12 April, 2013 due to their remaining work requirements.
Commission staff therefore grants the extension request. All companies that were to file their HSA cost studies and proposed rates by 8 April 2013 may file by 12 April 2013.
