Dear Sir:

Re: Application for forbearance from the regulation of business local exchange services in the Contrecoeur and Princeville exchanges – Request to extend the deadline for a reply to information and comments by Quebecor Média inc.

The Commission received a letter from Télébec, Société en commandite (Télébec), dated 4 March 2013. In the letter, the company asked that the period in which it may file comments in response to those by Quebecor Média inc. with respect to the above-mentioned record be extended by one week, to 11 March 2013. Télébec indicated that it would not be able to meet the set deadline.

Commission staff considers that Télébec’s request is acceptable.

Sincerely yours,
