On 28 September, the Independent Broadcast Group filed a procedural letter requesting the Commission to accept its comments filed in response to the Notice of Consultation 2013-448,
despite the fact that it was filed with the Commission after the deadline for interventions which was 27 September 2013, by 5 p.m. Vancouver time (8 p.m. Ottawa time), as indicated in Notice of Consultation 2013-448.
This letter is to inform you that your request has been denied. Therefore, your intervention will not be placed on the public record of this proceeding.
