Re: Procedural letter – Ownership and effective control change - Radio Sept-Îles inc. - Application Nos: 2011-1578-3 & 2011-1429-8

Dear Mr. Bellerose:

On 23 May 2012, Mr. Serge Bellerose, on behalf of Radio Sept-Îles inc., notified Staff that
Mr. Richard Bourgoing’s intervention regarding the application cited above was received 2 days after the fillings deadline, on 20 May 2012. Whereas the Commission decides to consider this intervention, Mr. Bellerose requested that the applicant should be allowed an extension to file a reply until 30 May 2012.

This letter notifies you that the Commission will consider Mr. Bourgoing’s intervention and that your extension request has been accepted. You will be allowed to file a reply to Mr. Bourgoing’s intervention concerning the above noted applications no later than 30 May 2012.

A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
