Re: Part VII application by Cybersurf Corp. - Enforcement of Rogers' TPIA tariff, TPIA Service Agreement and Rogers' General Tariff Terms of Service (Rights and Obligations)
This is further to your letter dated 4 May 2009, wherein Cybersurf Corporation (Cybersurf) requested approval to withdraw the above noted application after having resolved its issue with Rogers Communications Inc.
Cybersurf’s request to withdraw the Part VII application is accepted and accordingly, the Commission file is now closed.
