Mr. Steve Lynn Dear Mr. Lynn: RE: Tariff Notice 34 - CLEC rates for interconnection On 13 December 2007, the Commission received an application by WTC Communications, in which the company proposed a modification to its CLEC General Tariff. Commission staff notes that in view of the statutory holidays, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the application.
