Ms. Brenda Stevens Dear Ms. Stevens: Re: Agreement - Master Agreement for Local Interconnection ( MALI ) between Rogers Cable Communications Inc. and Fibernetics Corporation On 26 June 2007 , the Commission received an application from Rogers Cable Communications Inc. for approval of a MALI agreement specifying their interconnection arrangement with Fibernetics Corporation. On 10 July 2007 , the Commission received further information that was requested from the company. Consequently, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the application.
