Mr. Dallas Yeulett Dear Mr. Yeulett:: RE: Tariff Notice 844 - Ethernet Metropolitan Area Network Service On 30 April 2007 , the Commission received an application by Northwestel Inc. under cover of Tariff Notice 844, in which the company proposed a modfication to its Ethernet Metropolitan Area Network Service. Commission staff notes that it requested additional information from the company. Consequently, the Commission will not be able to render a decision within 10 business days of the date of receipt of the application.
