Mr. David Palmer Dear Mr. Palmer: RE: Tariff Notice No. 6953 - Voice over IP Call Routing Service On 30 June 2006 , TELUS Communications Company (TCC) filed comments with respect to Bell Canada Tariff Notice 6953. By letter dated 6 July 2006 , Bell Canada requested an extension to the filing due date for reply comments to 14 July 2006 . Bell Canada submitted that it was unable to meet the date for its reply comments due to the absence of key company resources. In the circumstances, the request to extend the filing deadline is considered reasonable. Accordingly, the deadline for reply comments is extended to 14 July 2006 . Yours sincerely,
