New CISC Task Assignment
- In Compliance and Enforcement and Telecom Decision 2026-52, Mandatory call traceback participation for all providers of voice telecommunications services, the Commission requested CISC to explore ways to automate the processing of call traceback requests and to report their findings to the Commission by 28 September 2026.
- As it relates to the call traceback process that the NTWG previously worked on, the Steering Committee's approval is sought to assign this new task to the NTWG.
