  1. Develop the roadmap and proposed timelines to transition from Basic 9 1 1 (B9 1 1) to Next Generation 9-1-1 (NG9-1-1) in the applicable areas across Canada. Determine the unique logistics and timing for Unserved 9-1-1 Areas to implement NG9-1-1 (ESTF0094b)
