completed all Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) obligations as set out in
Telecom Decision CRTC 97-8, as modified from time to time, in order to operate as a
Type I CLEC in the following exchanges located within TELUS Communications Inc.
(“TELUS”) incumbent territory in the province of Quebec:

2026-01-05 - Fibernetics Corporation
Description: Subsequent to Fibernetics Corporation (“Fibernetics”) July 10, 2025 notice of CLEC
expansion in AB and BC, the following is a slight revision to said notice to include
three additional Alberta LIR’s (Camrose, Cypress, and Grande Prairie) and their
associated exchanges, as well as a revision to the proposed service date now expected
to be March 19, 2026.
